Who being on his Oath saith That on Saturday
Evening last as he was passing along Leman
Street Goodmans Fields
in the said County he
was Stopped by three Boys whomon whichhe
believes are the three Boyswho arenow
present and who say their Names are John Burn< no role >
William Johnson< no role >
and James Fuzo
That the said John Burn< no role >
did lay hold of him this
Informant with his right hand by the Collar
and with his Left hand held up a Candlestick in a
Menaucing Posture and Demanded this Informants
Money or his LifeThat one of the said
Boys did take from him this Informant his Hat
and he believes it was the said William Johnson< no role >
That the other attempted to take from him a Coat
which was hung upon this Informant Arm
but did not, and on this Informants crying out
Murder they all three Ran awaybutand presently
afterwards the said John Burn< no role >
was Stopped and
coded for further Examinationbut he has not
seen the other two Boys vizt. William Johnson< no role >
and
Joseph Fazor< no role >
Since he was Robbedbefore or untiluntil
this present time.
