the last Session of the Delivery of the king's said Gaol of Newgate holden

aforesaid at Justice hall aforesaid on Wednesday
the twenty ninth day of October last of Highway Robberies for which they
were by Law liable to suffer Death without benefit of Clergy unto whom
his Majesty hath since been graciously pleased to extend his Royal
mercy on the several Conditions hereafter mentioned, that is to say
to the said

otherwise Gibbs on Condition
of paying a fine of Six pence and being imprisoned in the House
of Correction for the County of Middlesex
for one year and to
the said
Ann Farmer< no role >
and
Elizabeth Jones< no role >
on Condition of
paying a fine of one Shilling each and being imprisoned in the
House of Correction for the said County for Six Months; and such
Intention of mercy having been notified in writing by the Right
Honourable Sir

one of his Majesty's principal Secretaries of State to the Court first
abovementioned the said

ordered to pay a fine of Six pence and to be imprisoned in the house of
Correction for the said County of Middlesex
for the space of one
year And the said
Ann Farmer< no role >
and
Elizabeth Jones< no role >
were ordered to
pay a fine of One Shilling each and to be severally imprisoned in
the house of Correction for the said County for the space of Six Months
pursuant to the Statute in that Case made and provided Dated
the Nineteenth day of December in the year of our Lord 1783.
