Demanded Informants Money And Then he [..]
the Other who Came up first Searched Inform [..]
PocketsThe Third stood at three or four
Yards Distance at the Corner of the Lane which
Leads to the Factory Wall between the Gardens there
Saith That he (Informant) was three or four
Yards beforeInformant [..] the Deceased
And as soonas soon as the Foot pad who Struck Informt
as Above And
as the Deceased Came up that
same Man Struck him upon the Head without
saying a word to himAs soon as he had
Struck the Deceased he Damn'd his Eyes and
Limbs and bid him Deliver his Watch and Money
That the Deceased said he had but a few Shillings
in his PocketThat as soon as that Man
had rob'd the Deceased he Came to Informant again
And then it was that he and the Other who
had Put the Pistol to Informants Ear rifled
Informants PocketsBelieves the Deceased
was Struck with the same Cutlass as Informant
was Struck with And That he gave him but one
Stroke as Informant SawThat they took
from Informant only Six Pence and his Stick
And the Deceased told Informant afterwards
that they took from him three Shillings and six pence
