1781.
Who being on Oath say and first the said John Inglis< no role >
says that
between the house of one and Four o'Clock on Tuesday morning
the tenth instant, his House was burglariously broke open and
entered, and a Silver Castor Top now produced, together
with a pair of Silver Buckles, were feloniously stolen
thereout; and further says he is very certain that the
silver Caster top now produced, is the same which was
stolen from him as aforesaid. And the said David
Prothers says that he found the Silver Caster top now
produced in the Lodging of the said Sarah Brown< no role >
in
Fourth Street Soho, on Wednesday last, who then said that
Peter Boyce< no role >
now present brought it there a Day or two
before.-And the said Sarah Brown< no role >
says that she has
cohabited with said Peter Boyce< no role >
for about five Weeks past
and further says that either a Day or two Days before
this Informant was apprehended in her Lodging by the said
Mr. Prothers, and the Castor-top being found by him therein,
the said Peter Boyce< no role >
brought the said Caster top to her said
Lodging, left it there and said that he had received it
from his Mother". And the said Sarah Brown< no role >
further says
that the said Peter Boyce< no role >
did not lye at her Lodging
