The Information of WilliamHenningHutchin< no role >
Servant to Bright Hemming< no role > of the Parish of Kensington
in the County of Middlesex Farmer and the voluntary
Consession of William Leet< no role > a Prisoner in the Custody
of the Keeper of the County Goal it Southwark in and
for the County of Surrey

This Informant William Hutchin being duly sworn upon his Oath
with that some time in the night in which it Thundred and Lightned
so terribly at the beginning of the last Winter there were feloniously
stolen taken and carryed away from his said Master's farm at
Kensington aforesaid two Sworn called Hore Piggs, one Sow and
a large Sucking Pigg the property of his said Master. And the
said William Leet< no role > being duly sworn confeseth and upon his Oath
saith that in the night described above he in company with
Nicholas Porter< no role > and Edward Hobbs< no role > the Prisoners present did
feloniously steal take and carry away [..] two store Piggs
saw and sucking Pigg from a Farm at Kensington which the said
Porter said was Emmings's Farm. that they drove [..] all the said
Piggs and Sowto in a Coatto their own Home at St. Mary Lets on in
the County of Middlesex where they killed the Sucking Higg
and crossed it about
but the weather was so temperatures they
were obliged to have them out of doors that night by which means
one was put in at Pound which they afterward resources and
disposed of them all as well as they could
