Middlesex to wit


The Information of Grace wife of
Marvil Hawkins< no role > taken before
dis two of His Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that the
person now present who calls himself
Robert Evans< no role > Carner this afternoon to her Cellar in
Oxford Street with another person at
present unknown to this Informant
and pretended to buy some Salmon
and agreed for eighteen pennyworth
and gave this Deponent One Guinea
to change that she went downstairs
to get chance [..] and they both followed
her down Stairs when this Informant
gave the said Robert Evans< no role > half a
Guinea in Gold two half Crown pieces
and four Shillings in Silver when the said Robert
Evans
< no role > pretended he did not like the
Silver and returned this Informant the
Silver again keeping the half Guineas
and at the Same time with force Snatch'd
the Guinea out of her Hand and Ran [..]
away and this Informant further
Saith that she is positive that the
person now present who call himself
Robert Evans< no role > is the person who feloniously took
Stole and Carried away the said half Guinea as aforesaid
