taken before me one of his Majesty's
Justices of, the Peace for the and
County

Who being severally upon Oath say And frist this
Informant Jacob Thomas< no role > for himself saith that
about the 4th. of October last between Seven & Eight
oClock in the Evening as he was coming along St. Giles
Neas Dyot Street he was picked up by one Mary
Smith
< no role > (who has since been. Transportd) who
took this Informant to A noon in Dyot Street
this Informant is certain he went in to the
said Room he had a Silver Watch in his Feb
Pocket some Little time after the Person now
Present who calls herself Mary Graham Came
in to the said Room. this Informants an the said
Mary Smith< no role > take his Watch out of his pocket
upon which this Informant and wound to take this
Watch from the said Mary Smith< no role > when she Oiyed
out Murdex then the said Mary Graham< no role > tend
hold of this Informant and say to him dont Rob
the Girl but this Informant Two [..] upon the
said Mary Smith< no role > being Searched the and Mary
Graham
< no role > left the said Smith search hed but the
Watch could not be formd. this Informant there fore
Charges the said Mary Graham< no role > in th being me
Accomplice wish the said Mary Smith< no role > in taking
the said Watch from he on in the sand Room [..]
above descrisbed And this Informant [..] further
saith that from the Information he hath received
Verily believes that the person now [..] present
who calls himself Moss Gabiel received the said
Watch form the other Informant Richard Cole< no role > Know
the same to had a been Stolen
