being Wounded & Bruised on the left side of his
Face & on his left Ear for not Complying
Conformg. & Submitting to such illegal Contracts
Covenants Etc. To the Damage of sd. Jno. Gayton< no role >
& agst. the Statute Etc.

2d. Count
That being Workmen & Psons employed in
the Manufactures of Silk & Linnen mixed one
with anor. & Combing. to make illegal Contracts
Etc. to regulate the Trade & prices of their Goods
& to Advance their Wages unreasonably on sd.
12th. Octr. Fedy. did Assault & abuse sd. John
Gayton
< no role > he being a Workman & Pson employed
as last afsd. & did beat Wound & illtreat him
by reason whereof he reced greatly Bodily hurt
& was Wounded & Bruised on the left Side of
his Face & on his left Ear because he would not
Comply Conform & Submit to such illegal
Contracts Etc. To his great Damage & agst. the
Statutes Etc.

3d. Ct.
The Same as the 2d. only instead of charging
them to be Workmen & Psons employed in
the Manufactures of Silk & Linnen charging
then to be employed in the Manufactures
made of Wool & Silk mixed one with anor.

4th. Count
The Same as the 2d. only charging them to be
Workmen & Psons employed in the
Manufactures made up of [..] Linnen
& Wool mixed one with anor.

5th. Count
The same as the 2d. only charging them to be
Workmen & Psons employed in the
Manufactures of Silk Linnen & Wool mixed
one with anor.
