Westminster to wit

The Voluntary Information of
Daniel Greenwood< no role > admitted an Evidence
in his Majesty's behalf against one
Burne & John Mc Cowl< no role > for several Felonys
by them Committed taken before me One
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in & for the sd City and Liberty

Who being upon Oath saith that in the Month of March
last he together with John Roberts< no role > & John Mc Court< no role > went
about Noon went to a Cooks Shop in East [..] Smithfield
when Mr. Coul & this Informant went up Stairs into a back Room
and dined when they took an Opportunity of going into a Room upon
the Two pair of Stairs Floor where Mr Coul found a Tea Chest
which he told this informant he Imagined had Money in it
upon which this Informant told him to break it Open & let him
have a Screw Driver which he had from Roberts for that purpose
when this Informant went Down stairs again that soon after
Mr Coul joined this Informant in the Room where they
dined and produced a Bag containing One hundred & Eight Guineas
which he sayd he had taken out of the aforesaid Tea Chest
that Mc. Coul left the Screw Driver behind him in the Two
pair of Stairs Room and also this Informant left a small
Ratton walking Cane in the Room where they had dined that they
went from thence look a Hackney Coach to go towards Moreditch
Church and Shared the Money while in the Coach Fifty five Guineas
each to Mc Coul & to Roberts & Servants were Kept by this Informts.

And this Informant further saith that last Tuesday he together
with Burne between two & four oClock in the aftemoor went to
a New Publick House near the While Conduit Hanover and went
up one Pair of Stairs and had same Brandy & Water this Informt
Opened the back Room door with a picklock Key [..]
he & the said Burne went into the said Room where this
Informant Opened several of the Drawers with a Pick lock
but formed nothing which he thought worth taking therein
that this Informant gave his Picklock to Burne who Opened
a Deal Box therewith & took thereout a White thread purse containing
therein four Guineas and Six half Guineas in Gold they there
