of Saint Matthew Bethnal Green in the County of Middlesex Weaver
taken and made on Oath before me David Wilmot< no role > Esqr . one of
his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the said County this
23rd. day of June 1775

This Informant saith that about 3 Months ago he with Peter Mayhue< no role > James
Burdell< no role > in the Night Time Broke into the Dwelling house of Mr. Symonds of
Halifax Street in the Hamlet of mile End New Town and Stole 2 Shirts 2 Aprons and
1 Linnen HandKerchief which were Sold by this Informant, Maghne & Burdell to one
Henry Bernard< no role > a dew for 5s. & Shared the same

This Informant saith that he with said Peter Mayhue< no role > James Burdell< no role > and
one Wilson about 4 Months ago broke into the Dwelling house of Mr. Joseph
Cracknel< no role > in the Hamlet of Mile End New Town aforesaid and Stole one Tea Chest
which this Informant said Mayhue, Burdell and Wilson sold to the above named
Henry Bernard< no role > for 5s/6d which they shared

And this Informant also saith that about 2 Months ago he with said
Mayhue, Wilson and one Daniel Bean< no role > , Broke into the Dwelling house of Catherine
kelly< no role > of Duckling Pond lane in the Parish of Saint Mary White Chapel and Stole one
new Shirt one Black Callimanco Petticoat, one Handkerchief one Linnen Gown and
Several other things, which this Informant cannot at this Time Recollect, and were
Sold by him this Informant Mayhue, [..] Wilson and Bean to Henry Bernard< no role > aforesaid
for £1.16.0 which was also Shared Between him this Informant, Mayhue, Burdell
andBean and Wilson
