for a Conspircy

George Cropley< no role > of Bream Buildings Gentleman
Maketh Oath that he this deponent directed
Clerk to take the Necessary Steps to bring this Cause
to trial at this Sessions And this deponent Saith
that the said Defendant all attended this day for
that purpose but this deponent Saith that
on Conversation with Mr Reynolds he this deponent
was Informed that no Venire had been taken
but which this deponent upon Enquire find
to be the Case that for this Cause it will he
impossible to bring on the said trial this
Sessions And this deponent saith that he this
deponent will procure the said Venire to be
taken out and every necessary Step to be
taken for the Defendants Trial at the Next
Sessions if the Court will be pleased to respite
the defendants recognizance until the said [..]
