Whereas it appears to this Court by the Testimony of

who were
examined as Witnesses on the Tryal of Robert Perrean< no role >
on an Indictment
for Felony and Forgery that Margaret Caroline Rudd< no role >
did Feloniously
falsely make Forge and Counterfiet a certain paper Writing purporting
to be the Bond of William Adair< no role >
Esquire for the Payment of the Sum
of Seven Thousand and Five Hundred pounds with Intention to
defraud the Said William Adair< no role >
against the form of the Statute in
such Case made and provided It is therefore Ordered that the
said Margaret Caroline Rudd< no role >
be Committed to the Custody of the
Keeper of his Majesty's Gaol of Newgate to answer all such Matters
and Things as on his Majesty's behalf shall be objected against her
touching the said Felony and Forgery there to remain in safe Custody
until she Shall be Discharged by due Course of Law.
