The Information of Charles Peake< no role > taken
before me this 3rd. day of May 1774

Who being upon Oath says that he knows William Cowper< no role > Joseph
Rogers< no role > and Richard Pattins< no role > that about a Month or five Weeks ago
he went to work at the Said William Cowper's house at coming of
Halfpence, that the said William Cowper Richard Pattin Joseph Rogers
and this Informant did for about ten or twelve days work at the
said William Cowper's house during which time they made coined
and counterfeited a great Member of the Copper Monies
of this Realm commonly called Halfpence Charles Peak
