manner up against a Door about Twenty Yards
from the House of the other Informant William
Haines< no role > That upon his enquiring what business
they had there two of them pretended they had last
their way two of them went away That about
half an hour past two o'Clock the same Night
passing by the Yard of William Haines he perceived [..]
the outer door thereof had been forced openand a
upon which apprehending that some Burglary
was committing or intend or to be Committed therein
this Informant Rattled for assistance when two of
the Pad role came up when they all went into the
send Yard and gave the alarm after which [..]
Informed the partys had made their escape over
the Yard Wall they pursued them from Wall to
Wall by the Visible marks they had made in
getting over untill they came to the Yard of the other
Informant Haring Lassiter to here they
apprehended the no persons now present who
call themselves Thomas Dennis< no role > and Thomas
Hopkins concealed in the manner as before
described

And this Informant Harwood Lassiter< no role > for himself
saith thaton Tuesdayhe lives in Baldwins Garderns
about Ten Houses distant from the other
Informant William Haines That about a quarter
before three in the Night of Tuesday last he was
alarmed by the other Informant William Haines
and others who were in present of some persons
who had made an Attempt to Rob She House of
the said William Haines upon which he got
and lot Mr Haines & the others into his Yard
wherein upon searchingfoundthe two persons
now present who call themselves Thomas Dennis
and Thomas Hopkins were found concealed behind
a parcel of Deals which were standing up end ways
against a Wall that upon their being apprehended
