of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in
and for the said County
Who being severally upon Oath say and first
this Informant John Gisborne for himself
saith that he is in Partnership with the other
Informant Charles Gibson that on Tuesday
Night last. [..] about Ten o Clock he left
his Shop in Gerard Street
Saint Anns
and when
he left the same he [..] remember hearing some Mony in a
Drawer locked up in his Coumpting House which he believes two
Quarter Guineas and a half Guineas and in a little
Box upon the Desk
in the Compting House two half
Guineas and some Silver to the amount of about
ten Shillings. That the next Morning between
Eight and nine o Clock he came to his Shop
and went into his Compting House and upon
Examining into she said Box found the Money
which he had left therein had been taken & Canged
away and upon Opening the Drawer some little
time after. found the Money in the said Drawer also
taken & Canged away & [..] Screw produced partly
Screwed into the Groove of the said Drawer & Shop
of the knife now produced between the Groove of the Drawer & the Door
but whowas the persontook & Canged away the
said Money he came [..] tell
And this Informant Charles Gibson for himself
saith that on Tuesday Night last about Eleven
o Clock he & his family went to Bedto go then
and his Apprentices went up Stairs with him
and his House was all first & secure that above
a little before nine o Clock the next Monday
