BlackThat Serjeant Richards Lifted him upon
and Informant Believes was wiping his Month
During which Informant Desired Davis not to
Fight any moreThen Davis Answered Let him
say he has enoughThat either Richards or the
Black (Informant cannot say which) Said Another
Tench or Another TurnAnd Then the Black
Advanced and Attempted to Strike at Davis but
did not SpeakThat then Davis Knockd' the Black
down and Richards Lifted him up again
That afterDavisRichards had Lifted him he stood still
and seemed turning away And Then Davis whilst
he was rather behind him gave him a Blow with his
right Hand under the right Ear which Caused him
to FallThat as soon as he was Down Informant
went to him and Lifted up his Hand and said he
was DeadThat Richards Answerd' he was
Sulky it was the nature of them He was Angry because he had not Beat That Informant
Esquired for somebody to Bleed him And Richards
Said there was a Soldier in the Tower could do it
That Informant went for the Soldier and whilst he was
gone a Surgeon was broughtThat Informant
