some BrandyThat Both Jackson and the Serjeant
went for a Surgeon but neither of them returned
till a Quarter of an hour afterwardsThen Jackson returned
That Davis did not Offer to go away But Informant
Sent unknown to him for an Officer and had him secured
And he is now in Clerkenwell Bridewell
That Informant afterwards Sent his Servant for Mr.
Thompson the Surgeon who Came and Opened a Vein
but he Bled very littleThat before Davis was
in Custody he Pulled out a Letter and Shewd' Informant
which he said Contained a Challenge to him (Davis) to
Fight with Sword and PistolBut Saith he did not
Read the Letter and Believes Davis now hath the Letter
