The Information of Mary Delven< no role > of Yorks Court
in the Parish of Saint John Wapping in the
County of Middlesex taken before me one of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County
aforesaid this 3d. day of December 1773.

This Informant Maketh Oath and saith that on Sunday
Night the Twenty Second day of November last she was
in the room of Catherine Fagan< no role > in Yorks Court aforesaid with
the said Catherine Fagan< no role > that one Mary Dailey< no role > was then
in bed in the said room with a Man whose name appears to
be Thomas Pruant< no role > , that the said Mary Dailey did then
and there take the Mans Breeches from under his head or
some other Part of the Bed and deliver them to this said
Informant when she feloniously (in the Presence and with the
knowledge privity and concurrence of the said Mary
Dailey
< no role > and Catherine Fagan< no role > ) did steal take and carry away
from out the Pocket of the said Breeches Three Guineas and
one half Guinea the money of the said Thomas Pruant< no role >
which they the said Mary Dailey< no role > Catherine Fagan< no role > and
this Informant equally divided among themselves.
