The Information of John Creed< no role > of white Horse
Street in the hamlet of Ratcliffe in the County
of Middlesex taken before me one of his Majesty
Justices of the Peace for the said County this 16th
day of November 1773

Who upon his Oath saith that he is occasionally employed by one
John New< no role > a Butcher in white Horse Street aforesaid and that
on Sunday Morning the Seventh Instant and at divers times
afterwards on that day he saw a red and white spotted bow in
the Slaughter House of the said John New< no role > and that upon examining
the Horns he saw two letters C: L: marked on one of them and that this
same Cow was killed in the said Slaughter House the next day
