The Information of William Cramsell< no role > taken on
oath before me John Sherwood< no role > one of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
the 25th: day of October 1773

Who saith that on Monday the 18th. day of October instant
about nine in the morning one Simon Hyams< no role > and Abram Hyams< no role > came to his
Lodgings in Chamber Street Ratcliff Highway and brot
with them one Calf Skin and that Simon Hyams< no role > assed
him to sell it for them saith that he answered he
did not know what to do with upon which they
went away and carried the Skin with them
Saith that about four o'Clock in the afternoon of the
same day he went to the Lodgings of Simon Hyam
in Dukes place for a Bottle saith that Simon
Hyams
< no role > came down Stairs with him and brought
with him two Skins (as he told him) one of which
He sawand delivered whosaith that when he come to
the street Simon Hyams< no role > gave him the skin and
asked him again to sell it saith that he went
from thence to one Mr. White in Eastsmith field
and asked him to buy the Skin saith that Mr. White
asked him if it was his Skin that he told it was
not but that the owner was at the Door saith that he
Went to the door and calld Simon Hyams< no role > who came
in with him and upon Mr Whites asking him where
he had it He Simon Hyams< no role > answered that he had it
