admitted on Evidence in his Majestys
behalf against. John Wilson< no role >
otherwise Hanging JohnHastreth [..]
Murphy. Lambert Reding< no role > and
John Halyer< no role > taken before me One
of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace in and for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that he hath been
acquainted with the abovenamed four Persons for
about two Months last past that between Six and
Seven o Clock on Tuesday Morning last she said
Thomas Harding< no role > John Murphy< no role > Lambert Reding< no role >
and John Halyer come to the Informants House
in Saffron Street Saffron Hill and brought with
them the Seven Blanket 2 Bed Quilk a Quantity of
Bed Hangings Sheets Linen and Weeming Apparel
& two Small looking Glass now produced and
asked him whether he would buy them and this
Informant asked them where they had got them
they answered they had broke a House open
near Bow this Informant then asked them how
much they went have for them & they asked Eight
Guineas but he agreed to give them five Guineas and
a half they told them that they had taken a large
Pier Glass which was broken they left behind a
Tree in the Fields. they went away and came again
about Eleven o Clock in the forenoon of the same
Day. all together & this Informant paid to Lambert
Reding one Guinea and three Guineas toThomasthe
said John Harding< no role > who in the presence of this
Informant divided it between John Murphy< no role > and
John Halyer they then went away again that
about two o'Clock in the afternoon they all four
came again to this Informants House when he
paid to them Seven Shillings and Nine Pence
