Further saith that the said James Wallace< no role > pawned for
Thomas Sheppard< no role > the Hall which the said Thomas Sheppard< no role >
had Stolen as aforesaid at Mr. Blades in Oxford Street ,
near Duke Street And this Informant further saith
that he has been told and does believe that the Hatt which
had been received by Thomas Slade< no role > as aforesaid was
pawned by him at a pawnbrokers in Sheppard Court
Grosvenor Square< no role >

And this Informant further saith That Thomas Povey< no role >
now present and Thomas Bailey< no role > not yet taken told this
Informant that upon Sunday last about Noon they got
very into a Shed in Mary le Bone fields belonging to one Mr
Gray a Builder where they Stole a Quantity of Nails mostly
New about Ten pounds Weight that thereat Morning this
Informant went together with the said Thomas Povey< no role > &
Thomas Burley< no role > in order to sell the Nails that this
Informant and Povey took them to one Stephen Goodman< no role >
who keeps an Iron Shop in James Street< no role > Grosvenor Square
where they Sold them to his Servant who went in and shewed
them to the said Goodman and after came out and paid
as and for ten pounds Weight and received five pence half
penny for them

And this Informant further saith that he together
with Thomas Povey< no role > and Susana Everett< no role > both now
present were at at or Toy Shop in Piccadilly opposite Swallow
Street Yesterday about three o'Clock in the Afternoon
that this Informant and Thomas Povey< no role > broke a pane
in a Shew Glass of the said Shop that this Informant
took a Stone Breast Buckle and a Stone Ring now produced
thereout and Thomas Povey< no role > took one Stone Ring also
now produced and that Susana Everett< no role > took Six Seals
set in Silver same buttons and other Trinkets some of
which are now produced out of the said Shew Glass
