The Information of Alexander Blare< no role >
and Thomas Lyon< no role > a Headborough
taken before Us two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said
County

Who being severally upon Oath say and first this
Informant Alexander Blare for himself saith
that last night about 11 'o Clock he was picked
up in the Stand by a Person now present who calls
herself Marg Jones and went home with her to
her Lodgings in Whilehart Yard this Informant
being much in Liquor does not recollect whether
the [..] wassaid Mary Jones< no role > went to Bed
with him but well remembers that he had in his
Breeches pockett the Linen Bag now produced in which he
had Eleven Guineas and a half in Gold Coin
this Informant undressed himself & put his
Breeches under the Bolster & went into Bed
and went to sleepthat he awaked about Six
o Clock this Morning when he found himself
alone in the said Room and when he put his
Breeches on he searched his Pockets & found that
the said Linen Bag with the Money was taken
and Carried away upon which he complained to
the Land lady of the House that he had been Robbed

And this Informant Thomas Lyon< no role > at himself
saith that by the desire of one Mr. Snee in White
hart Yard he went and apprehended the person now
present who calls herself Mary Jones< no role > on a charge
that she had Robbed a Man who lay at her House
last night of a Eleven Guineas & behalf upon which
this Informant apprehended or the said Mary Jones< no role >
And upon searching her found in her pockets the
Cloth Bag now produced which is sworn to be the
property of the other Informant in which these
was there Guineas & a half in Gold two Shillings
