63. Alexander Kennedy< no role > The Indichment sets forth That on
1st. Day of May John Farmer< no role > was Indobted
to John George< no role > Heylonger in £130 and that
sd. Heylingen sued out of the Court of our
Lord the King before the King himself an
Alias Bill of Middx for that Sum agst. sd.
Farmer & that on the 19th. June John Wilhes [..]
Frederick Bull< no role > Esquires Sheriff of Middx by
virtue of sd. procept made their Warrt. directed
to the sd. Alexr. Kennedy< no role > one of the Bailiss
whereby the sd. Sherif Commanded him to
take sd. John Farmer< no role > & have his Body before
the King himself on Wednesday next after
Three Weeks of the Holy Trinity to Answer Etc.
& which Warrt. was Indorsed for Bail for
£130 & that the sd. Kennedy so being one of
the Bailiffs etc. & before the return of the sd.
precept to wit on or before the 24th. June
did Arrest the sd. John Farmer< no role > & Detained him
for 10 Days & that afterwds. on 8th. July he
permitted sd. Farmer to go at Large & that
he hath ever since been at large and that the
sd. Alexr. Kennedy< no role > intendg. unjustly etc to
Defraud the sd. John Geo: Heylinger & to prevent
his recovg. his Damages afterwds. on 11th. July
at Westr. in the Co: of Middx in the Co: of
Middx Feby. did falsly make Forge and
Counterfiet & cause & procure to be falsly made
Forged & Countrfieted a certain false Forged
& Counterfield writing obligatory purportg. to
be a Bail Bond & to be signed by the sd.
