saith that he is a Watchman in Parkers Lane
that [..] soon after he had Called the hour of 12 o' Clock last
Saturday Nighthe heard a copy of Watch in Parkers
Lane upon which he went down the Lane where
he found the two persons now present who call
themselves Lawrence Connor & Jas. Ellis & another
Man squeezeing the other Informant Benjamin
Gillman against the Wall with great Violence
the sd. Benjamin Gillamn was crying out for
helpUpon which this Informant took the

other Man ran away as did also the said Benjn.

taken on the Sunday afternoon on the Sunday
Morning this Informant saw the sd Benjamin

about four o' Clock who told him that
he was Robbedbyof Nine Shillings & Six pence
by the three Men who had him against the
Wall as abovementd this Informant further
saith that he took the hat belonging to the said
Benjamin Gillman< no role >
from the said James Ellis< no role >
who had his sun Hat upon his head
