mentioned

Who being upon Oath saith that the
person now present who calls himself William
Saunders< no role > is another of the three Persons
who knocked down and Robbed this Informt.
on Tuesday the 28th Day of April last
soon after Eleven o' Clock at Night at the
Place and in the manner described in the
Annexed Information of this Informant
Dated the 9th. Day of May and this
Informant saith that from the View he
had of the Party's just before the Robbery
and of the Notice he took of their Persons
then and at the time he was Robbed
he is very certain that the said William
Saunders< no role > is One of the three Men who
so knocked down and Robbed this informt.
as aforesaid
