That this Informant Deposeth that he was an Sunday the 19th. day of
April last past Concerned in breaking open and Entering into the Dwelling house
of Thomas Price< no role >
of the Parish of Saint Matthew Bethnal Green
And this Deponent
further saith that Isaac Holmes< no role >
one of the persons Concerned in this Robbery
did Assist him to get over a Wall Adjoining and belong. to the said a House and keep
him into the House by Breaking the Shutter and Cutting a String which be longer
to the Judgement and putting him thro'. a Window, and this Deponent partner
saith that Isaac Holmes< no role >
and James Fox< no role >
followed him into the said House
and Hole thereout One Searlet Cloak and Tea Chest same Children small
Cloaths and other things the Property of the said Thomas Price< no role >
And
this Deponent further, saith that the above things was carried to one
Elizabeth Turner< no role >
, and she pawn'd them and the said Elizabeth Turner< no role >
gave the Money which she pawned there things for to Isaac Holmes< no role >
out of which
this Deponent Received Two Shillings for his Trouble And this Deponent
further saith that on Friday the 17th. April 1772 they all Attempted to break
into the Dwelling house Samuel Cocket in the Parish and County aforesaid
but not being able to Perform their Scheme with Safety brought away only
one pair of Old Shoes. the Property of the said Samuel Cocket and Sold
the same in Rag fair for Nine pence, which was shared Between this
