Specifyed and charged on him or not And the Jurors of the said Jury by the
said Sheriff to this matter impannelled and returned (to wit) John Hulme< no role >
John Boyce< no role > Joseph Sams. Nathaniel Wade James Franklin< no role > John Dixon< no role >
Junior John Franklin< no role > Henry Moore< no role > John Buckocke Joshua Standbridge
William Dunkley< no role > and Richard Halsey< no role > being called come who being Elected
tryed and Sworn to speak the truth of and concerning the Premises aforesaid Do
say upon their Oath that the said Marcus Hartogh< no role > otherwise Asheburgh is
Guilty of the said Burglary and Felony in the Indictment aforesaid above specified in manner
and form as by the said Indictment is above Supposed against him and that
he at the time of Committing the said Burglary and Felony or at any time since had no
Goods or Chattles Lands or Tenements to the Knowledge of the said Jurors
And thereupon the said Marcus Hartogh< no role > otherwise Asheburgh being
Asked by the Court here if he hath or knoweth any thing to say for himself why
the Court here should not proceed to Judgment and Execution against him
upon the Verdict aforesaid who nothing further Saith then what he had before
said Whereupon all and singular the Premises being seen and by the Court
here fully Understood It is Considered by the Court here that the said
Marcus Hartogh< no role > otherwise Asheburgh be hanged by the Neck until he shall
be Dead.
