of the Peace
for the said City & Liberty
Who Severally being upon Oath say And first
this Informant Thomas Curtis< no role >
for himself saith that on Teusday
Night the 25th. of June last he Went to Bed [..]
a little after 12'o Clock and his House was all
fast and about Six o'Clock the Next Morning
his Maid Servant

came up to hear
Bed room& Informed him that the House had been
Broke Open & the Cupboard in the Barr had also
been Broke Open when this Informant came
down Stairs he found the front Window Shutters
on the Ground Floor Bed he Open this Informant
then Went into his Barr & found a Cupboard Broke
Open & from thence Stolen the Tea Spoon now
Produced which is his Property the Till Broke
Open and from thence taken about Sixteen pence
in half pence but who the Persons were who Broke
Open his said House he cannot tell
And this Informant Joseph Thompson< no role >
for
himself saith that he Keeps a Public House in Bentinck
Street
Cavendish Square
that on Wednesday the
26th. of June last about 5' o'Clock in the Morning
when he Opened his Street Door he saw the two Persons
now Present who call themselves Benjamin Murphy< no role >
& William Parker< no role >
sitting upon the Bench atthe
his Door when this Informant had Opened his Window
the said two Men came in & Had a Quartern of Gui
which they Drank & went out of the House Immediately
soon after which he saw the said two Men taken
into Custody on a Charge of getting into the Next House
to this Informant & were both taken to the Round
House in the Parish of Saint Mary Le Bone
