taken before Us two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said
County

Who being upon Oath saith that last Wednesday
sen'night about 10'o Clock at Night he met with
Dumb Jemmy Thomas Malone< no role > Frances Allen< no role >
& Sarah Beek< no role > at the Noaks Ark in Dyot Street
Saint Giles where it was proposed by Frances Allen< no role >
to go and Break Open a House in Queen Ann Street
where she had formerly lived as a Servant which
Proposal was refused by Dumb Jemmy as he
Proposed to go and Break Open a House at the
Cock Pit in Park Street St James [..] & by
his Motione shewed that they would get a hatful
of Money which House at the Cock Pit they
Accordingly went to & Broke Openwhen it was
Refused by Dumb Jemmy to go that Night &
Break Open the House in Queen Ann Street
Frances Allen< no role > & Sarah Beek< no role > say'd that they
would go & Break it open themselves Upon
which they agreed to go the Next Night being
Thursday And about 11'o Clock on the Thursday
Night this Informant Dumb Jemmy Thomas
Malone

Sarah Beek< no role > met all together at the Noaks
Ark Door in Dyot Street & from thence they went
to St James's Street is here they met Elizabeth
Jones
< no role > who desired Alltopp to go home with her
but he refused & Damned his Upon which
they went all together up to Queen Ann
Street when they got there it was about half
an hour past 11'o Clock & they saw a light
in the Kitchen of the House which Frances Allen< no role > shewd them which made them West in the
field Opposite to the House till about One o'Clock
when they went up to the House Dumb Jemmy
got over the Rails Thomas Malone< no role > got over the next
