in and for the said County the 4th
day of May in the Year of our Lord 1771
Who upon his Oath saith that in the Night of Tuesday the
Twenty third day of April now last past (to the best of this
Informants rememberance) between Twelve and one O Clock
he this Informant together with John Suttle< no role >

and Charles Collogan< no role >
otherwise Gollogan< no role >
made up and met
a Man on Tower Hill
saith that the said John Suttle< no role >
demanded the said Mans Money and there upon the said
William Jackson< no role >
presented and held a Pistol towards the
said Man and bid him turn his head round and not look at
himand then he this Informant took out of the said
Mans Pocket about Six Shillings in silver and some
half pence and in the mean time the said Charles Collogan< no role >
otherwise Gollogan< no role >
took a Silver Watch from the said
Man which said Watch the said William Jackson< no role >
the
next day sold (as he was Informed by him) to one Joseph Lyon< no role >
Saith that as soon as they had Robbed the said Man (he
this Informant in Company with the said William Jackson< no role >
John Suttle< no role >
and Charles Collogan< no role >
otherwise Gollogan< no role >
went
from Tower Hill
to the Hermitage Bridge
and there
met a Gentleman and Lady and a Boy (Lighting them
saith that the said William Jackson< no role >
kicked the Lanthorn or
Light out of the Boys hand and bid him go away thatand
the said Jackson & Suttle Stoped the Gentleman & Lady
and that Jackson took out his Pistol and held the same towards [..] the
