Who being upon Oath saith that on Friday the
11th Instant about 6' oClock in the Evening he
together with John Freel< no role >
Richard Fotterel< no role >
&
Michl Murray< no role >
went from the Sign of the Eaglen
Eagle Street Red Lyon Square & agreed to go a Robbing
together & they went to Portland Street near
the Chappel
where they Stopped an Elderly Gentleman
in Black CloathsFreel presented the Pistol now
Produced to hid head and they Robbed him of his
Hatt Cane & S [..] Box and Five Shillings & Six
Pence in Silver the Hatt was pawned at a Shop
near Oxford Road
And this Informt further saith that soon after on
the same Evening-they Stopped a Gentleman
near
the Duke of Rox boroughs by Hanover Square
& Robbed
him of a Gold Watch with three Gold Seals, & a Gold Chain and a Purse with Sixty nine as
in Gold Freel Presented a Pistol to his Breast
Fotterel & Murray held him this Informant took
his Watch out of his Pocket the Watch was Sold
to One [..] Saunders a Jew
That soon after in the same Evening in a Street
near Grosvenor Square
they Stopped an Old Gentleman
& Robbed him of a Silver Watch & a Gold Ring Freel
Wounded the Gentleman in the Face with a Pistol
Murray Cryed out to lip his Belly up to get the
Watch and Freel bit the Ring of his Finger
Fotterel, drew out a Knife & Cut the Watch out
of the Gentleman Pocket this Informant at the
same time telling them that if they did hurt the
Gentleman he would Impeach then the Silver Watch
& Gold Watch & Chain & Seals were Sold to the
Jew for Eight Guineas
