Michael Welch< no role > late of the parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the County of Middlesex
Shopkeeper and Letitia his Wife Committed by the Name of Letitia Johnson< no role > Jointly
and Severally make Oath and Say and both these Deponents Jointly Say that they were
Married upwards of Ten Years ago According to the Rights and Ceremonies of the Church
of Room and has lived together as Husband and Wife ever since and has had Nine
Children all born Alive, and these Deponents further Jointly Say that they were
Committed to his Majesties Goal of Newgate on Wednesday East, the Fifth day of
December Instant [..] and not before the Cue for Stealing and the other as receive
and that the Bill of Indictment now preferred and found against these Deponents
were only Returned a true Bill this Day as these Deponents are Informed and
Verily believes and these Deponents further Jointly Say that Elizabeth Brady< no role > and Thomas Smith< no role > they have Several are
Very Material Witness to Examine and produce at the Tryal of this Indictment
and without whose Testimony these Deponents Cannot Safely proceed to a hearing
and the Thomas Smith< no role > is now at Market Street in HertCords Airo as this Depont. is Informed and verily believes and that Elizabeth Brady< no role > is now [..] Top of as this Deponent is also [..] and believes but these Deponents Say that they will be ready for Tryal next Sessions
