The King agt Thomas Hand< no role > at the
Prosecution of Joseph Holloway< no role >

Saml. Howard< no role > of Bow [..] Covt. Garden Surgeon
maketh Oath and saith that this Deponent attends Joseph
Holloway
< no role > the Prosecutor as his Surgeon in a dangerous
Wound charged to be given to the said Joseph Hollaway
by the said Thomas Hand< no role > by Feloniously
shooting a loaded Pistol at the said Joseph
Holloway
< no role > in the dwelling house of the said Joseph
and this Deponent saith that the said Joseph
Holloway
< no role > is so ill by reason of the said Wound
that he thinks it dangerous and unsafe for
the said Joseph Holloway< no role > to go abroad or
Attend to find a Bill of Indictment against
the said Thomas Stand for the above mentioned
offence
