It is Ordered by this Court that it be immediately again
notified to the Justices at Hicks Hall that the Indictments from
thence are so often Defective that there are frequent Interruptions
in the proceedings upon them and that of late several offenders
have escaped Justice by such Defects

It is Ordered by this Court that the Books of Account of James
Grieve
< no role > Acquitted of Felony this Session and being no where produced
in Evidence on his Tryal be kept by the Officer of this Court
until further Ordered by this Court
