William Ogilvie< no role >
with whom he has been concerned in divers felonies and Robberies,
says that about three Weeks ago the said John Wood< no role >
the said William Ogilvie< no role >
and this Informant broke open a house facing the Row Tavern in Lemon
Street
and stole a Silver Coffee Pot a Silver Pint Mug a Crewett Stand and
some Spoons and Casters a large Soup Spoon and a pair of Silver Buckles
that the said plate was all sold to Moses Lyon< no role >
at his own house in Duke's
Place
by this Informant immediately after the Robbery and that he verily
believes the Wife of the said Mose's Lyon now wears the said Buckles,
that about a Month ago the said William Ogilvie< no role >

said Shepherd Strutton and this Informant broke open the house of Mr.
Serjt. Nares in Carey Street and stole a pair, of Diamond Ear Kings some
Money several Silver Pieces some Gold Rings, a Silver Juk Stand
three Purses two two Guinea pieces several small pieces of Silver and
Gold two pair of Silver Shoe Buckles that the said Rings Plate Buckles
and Ear Rings were all carried immediately to the house of John Maguiness
at Hockley in the Hole
, that the said John Wood< no role >
William Ogilvie< no role >
Shepherd
Strutton and this Informant were all present up Stairs in the said John
Maguiness< no role >
's Room when the things were first carried up and that they
shared the ready Money there which they had stolen out of Mr. Serjt. Nares's
house, that a few days before the last mentioned Robbery the said William
Ogilvie< no role >
the said Shepherd Strutton and this Informant broke open a
house in Craven Street and stole 24 Table Spoons a Marrow Spoon a Silver
Canister, that he this Informant sold the said Plate to the said Moses
Lyon< no role >
the same Night at his own house in Duke's Place
and the said
William Ogilvie< no role >
and Shepherd Strutton waited for him in a Hackney
Coach in Leaden hall Street
in which they afterwards went to Shoe
Lane
, that a few Nights before the last mentioned Robbery the
