Who being upon Oath severally say and first the Said Moses
Lyon< no role >
for himself Says that on the 11th. of April Instant about
[..] in the Evening he went to the Sign of the Ship &
Raven in Leadenhall Street
in Consequence of a Message that had
been left at his house that at the Ship & Raven aforesaid he
found two persons now present who call themselves John
Cook< no role >
and John Morris< no role >
that the said John Cook< no role >
took this Informant
out of the Said house & whispered to him that he had Some Cloth to
sell, that he this Informant went home immediately and the Said John
Cook< no role >
with him carrying the Said Cloth, that when they came to this
Informant's house the Said John Cook< no role >
offered to Sell the Said Cloth
for four Shillings and Six Pence P Yard, that the Said John Cook< no role >
and
the Said Cloth came from Kensington
and the Said Henry Keys< no role >
for himself Says that he was in Company [..] with the Said Moses
Lyon< no role >
when they went to the Sign of the Ship & Raven as aforesaid, that
he there saw the Said John Cook< no role >
& John Morris< no role >
in Company together
that when he had taken the Said John Morris< no role >
to the Compter he
there Said they had got the Said Cloth from Kensington,
and there
Informants for themselves further say that they do Suspect and
verily believes that the Said John Cook< no role >
& John Morris< no role >
did
feloniously Steal the Said Cloth from Some Person as yet unknown
