The Information of James Anderson< no role >
of Nightingale Lane Shoemaker taken
before me this 19th. day of April 1769

Who being on oath Says that on Thursday Night last between 11 &
12 o' Clock three Men two of whom were armed with Pistols did unlawfully
and maliciously assault him this Informant with the said Pistols and demand
by Meraces in a foreible and violent Manner his Money with a felonious
Intent. to not him., and further says that he does verily suspect
and believe that a person now present who calls himself James
Sullivan< no role > is one of the three Persons who feloniously assaulted him
with Intent. to rob him as aforesaid near the Hermitage Bridge
