Who being on Oath severally say and first the said Mary Mould< no role >
for herself
[..] that yesterday Morning a person now present who calls himself Samuel
Levi< no role >
came into her shop to cheapen some things, says that the said Samuel Leir
feloniously took and carried away two Bundler of Stockings now produced out of
he said Shop and that she Pursued him and cried out Stop Theif, andthat
the said John Mathews Mackay< no role >
for himself says that yesterday Morning he said
the said Samuel Levi running away and the said Mary following
him crying Stop Thief when the said Samuel Levi threw down the said
Stockings now produced
