Esquire taken before me this 21st. day of Decr. 1768

Who being upon Oath says that on Monday the 5th. Decr. Instant at a little
after six in the Evening he was Attatch in the Green Park by two Persons
who assaulted him put him in Fear and Feloniously took from his Person
one Guinea some Silver and a Silver Watch now produced
