Waker Maketh Oath and Saith That he this Deponent and
his wife Elizabeth Cruewell< no role >
Attended at Hick's Hall
and preferred their Bill of Indictment on Wednesday the
fourth Day of April last against the said George Burn< no role >
for the
said Felony which was returned a True Bill in the
Grand Jury and this Deponent further saith That on
Thursday the next Day he being Ignorant of and offires
of this East Caine Alane ti this Honourable Court at
about half an Han past Eight o'clock in the Morning
and going into Court there saw the prisoners Name in the
List of those when he Imagined were to be Tryed that Day
on Which this Deponent Immediately went home with all
speed to Fetch his said wife to Join in the said prosecution
Allic at the Time she was very ill and member Time of
Lying in,but Unfortunalety before this Deponent and his said
Wife Could return to his Court the said Prisoner was called
upon. Try all and Discharged about ten windows before
they Came into Cart there fore this Deponent most humbly
hopes this Honorable Court will Take his last into
Court ration (at his Appearance at that time was not
Done with any Wilfull bright to Acquit the Prison) being
this Determined to prosecute to Gim) and Order his said
Recognizance to be Discharged.
