me this 16th. day of July 1769

Who being upon Oath says that he knows John Lister< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. William
Ward
< no role > and Isaac Pemberton< no role > Isaac Roy< no role > and William Willoughby< no role >
That hehas broughin Company with the said John Lister< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. and
the said Isaac Pemberton< no role > on Friday Night last robbed two
Ladies in a Carriage of twelve Shillings and Six pence and
a King Charles's three penny piece says that the said three
penny piece was changed yesterday at the Crown & Anchor the
Corner of Bear Alley by one Mrs. Saunderson who was sent by The
said John Lister< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. and this Informant, that soon after they had committed
the said Robbery they went together to a Public House in a Court in
Whitecoss Street and had three pints of Beer, that one Morning last
Week the said Isaac Boy and this Informant stole two [..] Coarse Aprons
a Neckcloth a white Apron and some other things out of two houses,
that one Morning about a fortnight ago the Said William Willoughby< no role >
and this Informant stole some fowls and Pewter Plates from a house
at Islington and that the said John Lister< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. and William Ward< no role > were
in Company with then
