The Information of Phillis Ewens< no role > of
Kensington Parish and Nicholas
Osborne< no role > of Knights bridge< no role > Gent . taken
before me this 20th. day of Feb: 1768

Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said Phillis
for herself saith that in July 1762 She this [..] Informant was
Married at the Parish Church of Kensington aforesaid to Phillis
Blake< no role > and saith that She verily believes the said Philip Blake< no role >
then and there feloniously Married and took her to Wife the said
Philip's first Wife Sarah being then alive And this Informt.
Nicholas Osborne< no role > for himself saith that he hath examined the
day the Register of the said former Marriage in the Parish the
Church of Saint Saviour Southwark and found it according
to the direction of the said Sarah the first Wife
