Suburbs of the City of London
on Wednesday the third day of
September in the sixth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the third now King of Great Britain Etc and in the
Year of our Lord 1766

Standing Indicted for being with diverse other Persons
Armed with Bludgeons
LoadedSticks Whips and other Offensive
Weapons on the twenty Seventh day of February last at the
Parish of Topsham
in the County of Devon
in order to be Aiding
and Assisting in the Carrying away Uncustomed Goods against
the Statute Etc And by Consent of Counsel for the Crown as
also by Consent of Counsel for the Prisoners It is Ordered
that the Prisoners be Admitted to Bail for their personal
Appearance at the next Session of Gaol Delivery in and for
the County of Middlesex
And It is further Ordered by
the like Consent that in Case
thatthe Crown shall think it
Necessary to Support the Indictment
that the Prisoners shall take their Tryalat the
next Session of Gaol Delivery then and in that case
