County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John
Street in the said County on Monday the Thirteenth
day of January instant Owen Casselty< no role > late of the
Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields Labourer was and stands
Indicted
for Felony and Grand Larceny To which Indictment the said
Owen Casselty< no role > has not as Yet Surrendered or been arraigned thereon
