Who being upon Oath severally Say, and [..]
first Mr. Symonds for himself says that on Friday
last between 6. & 7. in the Evening his shop Window
was broke, and three Stone Shoe Buckles, and eleven
Stone Shirt Buckles his Property were feloniously taken and
Carried away, and the said Thomas Wynne< no role >
for himself
says that about the same time on the Evening aforesd.
he stood and saw a Person now present who calls
himself Dennis Shields< no role >
nipping or breaking the
said Shop Window; that the said Shields told this
Informant that if he did not go along he would
half Murder him; this Informant says he then
went away and left said Shields at the Window
aforesaid.
