Who being upon Oath says that he knows John Downes< no role >
Robert Byfield< no role > , Darby Mathews< no role > , John Jones< no role > , one Palmer
now in Bridewell in the City, one Kelley now at large a Person
who goes by the name of Skinny, and several others whose
Stamer he does not as yet recollect all whom are
Common Thieves and that he hath bought desires good
of them to wit Buckles, watches, Rings Handkerchief us Silk Stockings
Instrument cases who other things the catter of which he bought
of said Jones now in Custody, says that the first goods he
bought was of said Jones which was two pair of Sleeve Buttons in
St. Pauls Church Yard for a shilling, six other pair adaq
or two afterwards of said Jones and Palmer for three
Shillings, the next bought of Skinny & Palmer one pair
of small Silver Buckles for half a Crown, then one pair
of Garnet a Buckles of said Skinny & Palmer for four Shillings
says the next things he bought was Eleven Rings for a
Guinea of said Downs, Palmer, Jones and another, then
two Instrument cases of Jones, Skinny and Palmer which
they Stole from a shop opposite the Gun smiths in Cornhill
then a Coffee Pott for 25 of the same three Persons which
was also stolen in Cornhill, and also a pair of Silver
Tongs Stolen from the same place, then two Milk Potts of the
same three, then one pair of Paste Puckles of Jones for three
Shillings of Jones which were stolen from Aldgate, one other
pair of Palmer at same Price stole from same shop, then
ten more Rings of Skinny, Kelley, and Darby Mathews< no role > for
one Guinea, then ten pair of Silk Stockings of [..] By field,
and Jones, then 20 pair of Worsted Stockings of By field, Darby
Mathew< no role > and two others in Buckley Street white Chapel
for 20s/0, then a Silver Watch of Byfield and another for one
Guinea, then the same night another Silver Watch of
Skinny Kelley and another for 16s, and 27 Silver
