Be it remembered that at the General Quarter Session of the Peace of
our Sovereign Lord the King holden at Reigate in
and for the said County on Tuesday in the Week next after the Close
of Easter to wit the sixteenth Day of April in the fifth year
of the Regin of our Sovereign Lord George the third King of great
Britain Etc before Sir George Colebroke Baron [..] Thomas

Gent good and lawful Men of the County aforesaid then and there sworn
and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King for the Body of the
County aforesaid it is Presented in Manner and Form following
to wit Surrey The Jurors for one Lord the King upon their Oath
present that Thomas Cohogh< no role > late of the Parish of Saint Mary
Rotherhithe in the County of Surrey Labourer and James Horan< no role >
late of the same Labourer on the eleventh Day of April in the
fifth Year of the Regin of our sovereign Lord George the third
King of great Britain Etc with Force and Arms at the Parish
aforesaid in the County aforesaid six Silver Tea Spoons of the
Value of Six Shillings of the Goods and Chattles of one Thomas
Massett
< no role > then and there being found feloniously did steal take
and carry away against the Peace of our said Lord the King has
Crown and Dignity Whereupon the Sheriff of the said County was
commanded that he omit not by reason of any Liberty of the County
aforesaid but that he enter it and cause to come the aforesaid
Thomas Cohogh< no role > and James Horan< no role > to answer Etc And afterwards to wit
at the said General Quarter Session of the Peace of our sovereign
Lord the King holden at Reigate aforesaid in and for the said County
of Surrey on Tuesday in the Week next after the Close of Easter to
wit the said sixteenth Day of April in the said fifth Year of the
Reign of our said Sovereign Lord the King before Sir George Colebroke< no role >
