the same knowing it to be Stoln.

Be pleased to take Notice that the Court of Session of Oyer
and Terminer and Goal Delivery of Newgate now holden
at Justice Hall in the old Bailey London, will be Moved
to Morrow at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon, or so Soon
after as Councel can be heard that the Recognizance of the said
Defendt. Thomas Russell< no role > by him Entred into Conditioned to Appear
at this present Sessions, may be Respited until the next
Ensueing Sessions of Oyer and Terminer Etc, to be held for the
same Place, on [..] of the absence of Anne Walker< no role > late
Servant to the said Defendant Thomas Russell< no role > who is a
Material Witness for him on the Tryal of the sd. Indictment
and without whose Testmony, he cannot Safely Proceed
to the Tryal thereof She the sd. Anne Walker< no role > being now at Gravesend
in the County of Kent , and cannot be produced at this Present Sessions
Dated the Seventeenth day of April 1765.
