on his Oath further saith that his Neglect in not prosecuting the
said Cole and Fairbridge was not out of any View what so ever to Screen
or Shew any favour to them the said Cole and Fair bridge or either of
themfor the feloin the prosecution aforesaid for the said Felony but
was totally Ignorant thereof and was intirely owing to this
Deponents being led away by him the said Bradley in Order that
they might be Acquitted on [..] this Deponent not Appearing when called as this
Deponent verily believes
